Abbie Lathe is a versatile and accomplished multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter and inspiring voice workshop leader. She recently gained 2nd place success in an international songwriting competition with the beautiful song 'broken' from latest album, Low Summer, The competition was run by Angelic Records who were so impressed they decided to 'sign her up'! Fourth album 'Low Summer' was released last May . Her singing is regularly featured on BBC wildlife soundtracks. (most recently The orangutan diaries).
Having completed four national tours and two highly successful albums as one third of 'Maddy Prior and the Girls', Abbie is enjoying a flourishing solo career; she and her band 'the Lovelies' will be touring the country this October to promote the release of new album, 'stargazing'.
